How to solve the reset problem with GS15
Hi
there is a frequent problem with my panasonic GS15 palmcorder. Whenever I swith it on, it immediately asks me to press REST button.
My palmcorder is only 4 months old.
Anybody to solve this problem?

If it were me, I would check the manual to see if is explained there. If not, I would exercise the warranty by taking it back to wherever I bought it to see if they are able to fix it or exchange it. You ought at least to contact support at Panasonic.

Hi 911
that's fine. The manual is not saying much. My problem is I got it in Singapore and I have worldwide warranty. I am in India.

Sounds like a malfunction to me. Don't they have authorized repair stations in India?

I contacted the local service center. He insists on bil and warranty card. Unfortunately the bill is lost.

If you have the warranty card, the bill should not matter. The product is under warranty no matter what you paid for it, but can't you contact the seller for a duplicate bill ? Perhaps you have a credit card reciept ?
