Exclamation Export frames to PSP greyed out
Hi everyone. New poster here. I have had PSP ever since ver. 7 and have never run into a problem like this...

I am now using ver X and Ani Shop ver 3.11. Computer running Windows XP.

When I open an animated image in Ani Shop and click on a frame and try to choose "export frame to PSP" that option is greyed out. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling bot PSP and Ani Shop, making sure I have bot apps open at the same time, using the "File/Export" option in the menu.

If anyone at all knows of a fix/repair/whatever for this very aggravating problem, I would REALLY appreciate it.

Thanks a bunch,
Robin

if you right click on the frame or pic you want to export is the "export to psp" still unavailable in that menu also?

i upgraded to pspX the other day. when i "export to psp" version psp9 opens up. do you still have psp 9 installed?

it may be cause pspX is a corel product and ani. shop doesn't recognize it?
if and when i figure out how to export to versionX i'll get back.

Yes, it is still greyed out. That's the method I usually use to export files to PSP.

No...I only have ver X installed.

Thank you for your help..

"Interoperation between Animation Shop 3 and Paint Shop Pro X is currently unsupported."

ARGGHH! I wish I had known that before I paid for the program. I sure hope I still have that PSP 9 CD around here somewhere...geez!

Thank you very much for finding that. I appreciate your help :~)
Hugs,
Robin
