Question file conversion
i am using sony digital handy cam.i have made a video file with still images which stops for 5 secs.its stored as .wmv file.i want to convert still images to jepg so that i can print photos.need help to convert .wmv to .jepg file.thanks.

Put the video on the timeline of an NLE--go to the point where you want to capture. Then click on the still icon (most NLE's have one--if yours doesn't then find out how to save a still), name and select jpeg as the format and you are good to go. You might want to clean up the still in a Photo application.

VLC has a frame capture function, and seems to read WMV files.

Windows Movie Maker can make stills from wmv videos ...
