Question Picture It Wizard Encounters Error EVERYTIME
I recently purchased a Dell Computer - dimension and it came with Picture It loaded already - i am familiar with Picture It and know how to use it. Problem is, when I connect my digital camera (Kodak EZShare) and go to import the pictures -- the wizard comes up, finds the camera, finds the photos then immediately gives me an error message saying it has encountered and error and all data will be lost etc. I cannot get it to import any pictures - Any ideas on what could be the problem? Brand new computer - (last week!) and I ran a virus scan with no virus found. Please help -- anyone anyone??
PS - Camera will work with Kodak EZshare software and with Corel Photo Album -- just not Picture It.
