Question Irfanview
I am planning to make a website template. I was wondering if I could use irfanvie for designing or it's just an editing tool? i was also trying to remove the red eye on pictures but I wasnt able to do so it only makes a gray paint on it when I try marking it. how come this happen? do i have to re-download it again? also, any other softwares that I could use for free instead of buying photoshop or PSP i would like to design and edit photos with the functions of both software but for free. any suggestions?
