making sigs in photoshop7
does any body know of any good tutorials for making sigs in PS7. i want to add animated gif files to pictures?

not sure that will work as animated gifs are gifs format and so reduced in quality wheres as photos are in other formats - jpg, tiff.png etc - so keeo the animation you would need to save the photo as gif
what do you images looklike if saved as gif files - do you lose quality and colour - maybe worth trying that first.

I might be wrong though

Sounds like you want a photo for use in the signature or avatar section of your forum posts that has an animated section. (?)
You can't combine formats, like overlaying an animated gif on a jpg, but depending on the quality/size needed for the main photo, converting a jpg to a gif as a starting point can work out OK.
All I can offer is that to work with animated gifs you'll need to open the Adobe Image Ready program that probably came bundled with your PS7.
