canon dc10 camcorder
i have installed software for this camera, roxio myDVD for video, called CameraWindow, and the solution disc version 19 called ZoomBrowser EX for stills, i did what it said all connections ok and got pics onto pc, then i switched camcorder to movies tried to run myDVD and message came up cannot detect camera please check connection and try again. could you help, regards bob

You could, perhaps, through Control Panel use the add/remove hardware option and let windows find the camera. Making sure the camera is turned on during this process and connected of course.
