PS CS 2 error message, help!
My CS 2 crashed yesterday, and now all I get is an error message before it closes on me:

"Unable to continue because of a hardware or system error. Sorry, but this error is unrecoverable."

I've already tried everything I could find to try-I deleted my prefs, I took all my added fonts out, I saved all my dowloaded brushes and actions to my external, uninstalled, renamed parent files adobe.old, wiped every trace of Adobe off my drive, ran RegClean, reinstalled, and still, same thing.

WHAT is going on? Can anyone help? Or do I have to wipe my partition and start from scratch?

Thank you to anyone who can shed some light on this-I'm at my wit's end.

Though thats for Elements...

Try reseting the prefs.: hold down the Ctrl+Alt+ Shift keys when launching PS.
