when I want to open a photo from any of my photo programs in psp I just open psp and click on open file folder and navigate from there to whatever program you want to open a photo from and select it and it will open in psp

open psp like said above and open a new file, navigate to where you have your pictures stored, ie the file with all your photos in, and it will open the image in your psp for you.

I found that i had to make a new folder and put my easyshare pictures into it, as i couldnt open directly from the easyshare program to psp
