Welcome!
Do you get any error messages at all when it "crashes"?

What Windows version?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program?

your memory! that gives me an idea.

ok look. hit CTRL-Alt-DEl

Then click the Performance Tab

Then tell me what you see under PF Usage and CPU Usage. it will be a number.

Then go to your Control Panel and click Performance And Maintenance. Then click on System. Make sure your in the General Tab. and on the lower right hand side, tell me how many MB Ram you have.

That indicates that somewhere there is a program module that is damaged (either in the program or in Windows) that is damaged, causing illegal addressing of memory.

It can also mean that the RAM or the HDD have some defect that can cause it, but that is less common (but possible).

It can also be triggered by an infected PC, where malware is directing a memory operation incorrectly.

Also incompatable driver software can cause it.

But the above depends on what the error really says, you should always write the error down and post it exactly as it appears.

Corel have the answer on their web page, had you tried that? Its usually the first place to try.

http://support.corel.com/scripts/rig...er/std_alp.php

Search for Referenced Memory Error, look at response 761040 or 760847
