Software suggestions or maybe a plug in for a prog i already have
looking for a video editing program that will let me do fun things with video pictures ect.

i want to cut a head of and paste it on some one else's head and add motion and animation to it. kind of the way the tv show "ELIMIDATE" did. they'd add horns to moving video and flames shooting out of ears ect.

user friendly would be nice but i am willing to learn a more complex program.

i have

sony vegas 7
adobe photo shop
ulead

a plug in would be nice so i wouldn't have to shell out more cash than i have to. although i know some plug ins can run high.

Unless you're willing to spend thousands or hire a proffesional to do it, the end result is going to look pretty cheesy.

AE is very good---I have a copy of their production bundle---but yes, there is a learning curve.

I used After Effects, as linskyjack said, it has a very steep learning curve. It is aimed at professional editors.
