Change Bitnap File Into Jpeg
Hello, Can Anyone Tell Me If It's Possible To Change A Bitmap Photo Into Jpeg Photo...if So, How..do I Need A Program..what Kind Etc.,...thanks.

You should be able to open it in any image editor or viewer. Edit > Save As and select JPG. Irfanview works well but I would think the Windows Picture and Fax viewer would do that. You get a better selection of JPG quality and options with Irfanview.
