I received a long email response from Canon to my same inquiry about ZoomBrowser missing the .dll mentioned. Go to their web page and follow the links to software support, eventually coming to Contact Us.........by email. They replied within 24 hours with a complete set of instructions. I would be happy to forward that to you in you have not yet fixed the problem. Before I received their email, I used my Canon Camera Solutions Disk, opened it, clicked on ZoomBrowser, then on Uninstall ZB. I then used the disk to reinstall the ZB software and the problem was solved. Contact me directly if you wish, using my eddress of: curtises @ charter . net (remove the spaces). Use subject line: Tech Guy/Canon so it will get thru my spam filter. (On previewing this post, I noticed that my OLD Eddress [@harborside.com] appeared - do not use it.)
