Question DXG-308 Camera w/Vista OS
1) I keep getting the message that there are updated drivers for this software, but there was an error in downloading/installing.

2) In addition, found a DXG report that this camera is not compatible w/Vista; that the MASS function to PC does not work, and that they are working on solution. The programs with it work, but i cannot upload pictures.

*Does anyone have the answers? I've searched for hours with no results.
THANK YOU!

The answer with these cameras is to NEVER connect the camera to the PC, instead buy a card reader. Then just plug the camera memory card in, no additional software is needed, the card should show up as a removeable drive and allow you to copy the images to the PC, to any folder of your choice.

Card readers are not expensive and are 100% reliable. Camera connection is always very unreliable.
