Epson 2200, is it the cables?
I have an Epson 2200 which I'm using to print high quality big print jobs. Here's the problem it works just fine when I haul it next to the computer and connect it directly to the CPU of my Mac G5 it works fine. But when I connect it throught a USB distribution box or through the out of another USB item it has problems.
The problem is that where I have room to place the printer would require using a a 20' USB cable if I am to connect it directly to the CPU.
My question is is there any issues with using long usb cables. Otherwise I will have to rearrange a lot of furniture.
