Cool Photo Story 3 | error message saying files corrupted

I have been using Photo Story 3 for Windows and it has been working just fine. Last I used was about a week ago. Today when I fired it up I got an error message:

Quote:
Files required to run Photo Story are missing or corrupted. Reinstall Phot Story 3 for Windows using the original installation media
I have tried reinstalling, repairing using the .exe files from M$ as well as alternate sources. Every time returns the error.

What can I do to get it running again?
