Hex Codes
Well, I was wondering if there were any programs that allow me to put in a picture, and it converts it pixel by pixel into Hex Codes (I.E. #000000)
Is there such a program?

A picture is just a file to a hex editor. Any hex editor will do that.

Well I mean I could get every pixels info.
For example:
I take an image and run it through a program.
The Program gives me something that looks like this:

#123100, #123102, #120301, Etc.

Do you understand?

I suppose you want a program that lets you specify the grid coordinates of a specific pixel and give you the hex values just for that pixel. I have no idea how you would tell a hex editor to give you just a specific pixel and don’t know of a program that will extract it. You would likely have to look at the full file, subtract the header information and then count.

freeware program HEX COLOR FINDER gives the red/green/blue and the hex value of individual pixels.
I have an older verion of the program that works great (fun but useless LOL)

Hmm, Thanks Knot.
Basically what I was looking for.

I doubt I can get any better than this.

*Edit*
I checked that program out.
Not what I was looking for.

Too have another example:

Lets say I have this little box. ◘
Now I'm going to run it through a program, or a factory thing
◘______███__
Right, now, I put it through and it tells me:
Here is your box (Picture)! This is what each pixels Hex code is:
#123111 #312312 #231441

Just to give another example. Maybe someone can figure out now?
