I have PSP7. It is installed on my desktop. I have just installed it on my new laptop. I can not seem to fins the CD case that has the product key in order for me to use PSP7 for more then 25 times on my laptop. Since I have registered it on my desktop, Is there a way for me to retrieve my product key for PSP7 off of my desktop PSP7 so I can use it on my laptop PSP7? And if so, How?

you'll most likely have to call the psp people. Regardless, you can't have it on two machines at once; to the best of my knowledge, that's a single user license type deal. You could uninstall it from your desktop, call psp, and they'll probably give you a new key once you give them the uninstallation code (think it's psp that does that, but could be wrong).

But you can't have it on both pc's with one license, no.
