Question Video Camera Problems
Hi all,

Well I have just started a new job as a Media Technician and have encountered my first major problem. It seems that all of the Canon camcorders we have don't want to connect to the computers. The models are MVX330i and 660i. I have tried to connect to PC and Macs and neither are working. It should be just plug and play right? Well for some odd reason there it doesn't. I am trying to connect via firewire and have also tested USB 2.0 connections to. Apparently they were working before the summer break and now don't.

If anybody has any info on these cameras, this error or anything else relating to the problem I would really appreciate the help. The previous technician cannot figure it out either...
