I need to transfer a boat load to pics from my pc to a cd need total guidance as this will be my first attempt

Cd can only take ~700 Meg
DVD can take ~4.7 Gig

You must have a burner (CD or DVD burner)

In Windows Xp
Open "My Computer"
Open your CD Drive (should be blank)
Drag and drop your Pics into there (note they are Not deleted from the original location)

Burn to Disc

That's all
