Kodak transfer from camera to laptop not working...
Im plugging it all in the same i have done since i got the camera, but its just not registering that its there? It says device not found, please connect and click refresh. And when i do this, its still not working. Never happened before, and really bugging me! Hope someone can help me!

When you connect the Camera via USB ... (and turn it on ) ...
Does it show up as a drive in "My Computer" ??
Can you browse/extract the pictures from there ?

Hi, no it doesnt appear in my computer either when i do that. Do you think it would be easier just to get one of those multi disk transfer usb things? (can you tell im abit rubbish at all this! )

Right click "My Computer" ... Choose ... Manage > Device Manager ...
click on the (+) for the USB Serial Bus contollers ....
Any yellow Exclamation Marks show up ??

What camera is it?

Have you tried turning it off and on (the camera) whilst it's plugged into the PC

And ... yes... get a flipping card reader, so much quicker, simpler and ... another word I can't remember.

I assume you have Kodak Easy Share loaded.
It might be best to remove Easy Share .. and install this freeware instead ..
