Solved: Is it possible to change photo size by batch
I am making a time lapse movie of my construction project and I have to make the photos end up at 800x600 size so the movie will run smoothly. My camera takes a picture every 15 minutes, 8 hours a day and as you could tell, in the 15 months it takes to complete this estate, that's a lot of pictures. Every month I switch out the memory card and download the pictures. Changing the 2000+ photos from 2592x1944 to 800x600 is extremely tedious. Does anyone know a way to do this to the whole folder of photos at once, instead of the one-at-a-time way I'm doing it?

Wow, what a neat program! I just downloaded Irfanview, installed it, read a little bit about the program and converted 800 photos in less 20 minutes! This movie will be easy to do now. Thanks a lot PopPicker.

Theres nothing to be sorry about..I wasn't critisizing you, just letting you know that it's important to mark your thread as solved, when it has been resolved. If more members did as you have done, there would be better resoultion for newer folks that visit here, that they might find the answers they are looking for. I didn't mean to appear as if I was critisizing you, it was more meant as a freindly reminder!

I didn't take it as criticism at all. It was rude of me NOT to post it as solved. I'm glad somebody pointed out my thoughtlessness. It won't happen again.
