Nero Icons

For some reason I keep getting these in my pictures. I delete them and empty the recycle bin, but they keep coming back. They weren't there to begin with. How can I permanently delete them.
Chuck

They are linked to nero media player.

Stop monitoring the folder where they're stored, probably Program Files.
They aren't doing any harm.
