Exclamation kodak easy share
recently my PC crashed and my kodak program has not worked at all. I get a warning: one or more system DLL's could not be loaded: ESApp.dll says go to setup wizard and click repair. that doesn't work.
Before this error, I tried to do an update on kodak and got this warning: runner file(kodaksoftware update.exe) lacksa "- (the app id seperator) what does all this mean and how can I get back on track with the kodak easy share software-camers-C340 and camera dock 6000? HELP!

HP pavilion mx70 windows xp DSL modem for internet.
Thanks

You don't need Kodak Tricky Share to use your camera and dock. Just plug in the dock with camera attached and you'll find it "My Computer" or at least should.

Hello Duh!

If you open 'my computer' (it's on the PC desktop) you'll see a list of drive letters. A,C,D etc. If your camera/dock is attached AND switched on, it should show up as a letter or even by name.

However you'll need to uninstall the Kodak software first. Sorry

Go to Start/Control Panel/Add-Remove Programs, scroll down to find Kodak Easy Share and click uninstall (this will not remove any of your photos)

Then do as I suggested above.

Your camera will show as just another disk drive, and you can copy the pictures to wherever you want them.
I like Picasa, as it laregly automates and simplifies this process, and it's free:

Uninstall Easy Share.
Open Picasa. At the top left you'll see the "Import" button.
