Solved: Photoshop Elements 5 Question
I wish to put some text in a picture. The Text tool appears to enter text only one line at a time. The Help section says it can be entered also in paragraph format and the words will wrap at the end of each line. But I can't find any instructions on how to invoke the paragraph format. The Adobe website has instructions on how to do it in Photoshop Elements 6, but they won't work on PSE 5.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Thanks. It sounds good, but it doesn't work. No matter what I do, I get one long line of type extending endlessly off the picture. The only way I can manage a paragraph is to create a separate text layer for each line and then manualy arrange the lines so they look like a paragraph and then merge the text layers and I can move the text as a block. If you know how to invoke the paragraph format, and can outline it for me step by step, I'd be grateful. (As I said in my original post, the Adobe website describes how to do it in Photoshop Elements 6, but it doesn't work for me in Photoshop Elements 5.)

I got the answer in an Adobe forum. The trick is use the TYPE tool to drag a box before you try to type. The words will wrap to fit the box.

Is this a good place to ask how to print the date and/or time on a picture using photoshop Elements 5?

Thanks
