How can you be certain that the changes are only intended to make a joke certificate? Couldn't the same software and techniques used to make a joke certificate be also used to forge a fake certificate for other purposes?

Many of us did take life less seriously and may have thought that faking a government document may have been a cool joke. Some of us changed our minds after the morning of September 11, 2001.

I feel very sorry for you having to live in fear all the time.

I keep forgetting that everything that you read on the Internet is true.

PLEASE NOTE: I am not accusing sevenko696 or anyone else of being a liar or wanting to create a fake birth certificate for purposes other than to use as a joke. I just have no way of confirming anyone's true intentions one way or the other.

I don't call it "fear"; just a large dose of skepticism mixed with some pessimism. Just seeing the glass half empty instead of half full these days.

Wonder if a moderator is going to move this thread from "Digital Photography & Imaging" to "Civilized Debate"?
