Question Need help with paint shop pro 7 anniversary edition
I just installed this program on my computer and can't find the product key to enter. The message says to click on help to find the product key but I'm in Windows Vista and the help option doesn't work in this program. Where is the product key located. Also, are there other problems running this program in Vista? I tried PSP 8 but it keep resizing in various sizes and then freezes completely. I uploaded the "patch" but it still has problems. So now I'm trying PSP 7 and can't find the product key. Guess I could just reinstall it when the "trial period" runs out but it would be nice to find the product key. It is a new program and came sealed in the box but can't find the product key.

my guess is that the PSP 7 anniversary edtion won't work on Viscrap/vista

the product key is on the sleave that the CD came with or on the box... not in the help file

It is a 7 or more year old program that as I said ...will probably not work on viscrap/vista no matter what you do...

You could try contacting Corel who owns PSP/jacs software now

Thanks guys
Thanks for the help, guys. It seems to be doing better as far as freezing. I am running on Vista premium and there is plenty of memory. Now it wants to make everything in shades of gray instead of color. I'll play with it until I get that figured out, though.

The help was so much appreciated.

You are not going to "find" a key....if you are running a trial version, the key comes when you actually pay for it. Trail version meaning download?....but why on a program that is that old? It's up to version 10 or 11 now, which is compatable (as much as you can expect anyway) with Vista. If you are going to pay for it, get the newest version. I run PSP7, but I have had the retail boxed version since it was new.
