Hi recently bought webcam off e-bay it never came with a instal disk but u could download the driver from the webcam makers website i have done this but when i download then open a box appears and says ......You have no Video Capture Hardware ???? any help thanks in advance ...Harty

As well as downloading the driver, you have to then "install" the downloaded driver. Did you do that"

Is the camera suited to your operating system?

yes downloaded and installed driver and its suited to laptop as ive used it and was working but had to do a reboot recently and since then it doesnt work
