If your using HP's Image Zone for the printing ... I'd try something else.
I use the freeware Irfanview ... to replace Photo Gallery and Image Zone
http://www.irfanview.com/

Is this just one picture .. or all ??

I’m still a little confused.
Not enough info to determine if the problem is your Printer, Software or Picture
A Picture with a white border .. the border would not be seen if printed on white paper.

I’ll PM you my Email address so you can Email me a sample picture.

Or … Here’s a 4x6 picture, How’s it print ??

What type of paper selection have you made. One with or without a border? It will make a difference what your computer / printer thinks.

Got it.
The picture you're trying to print is not a 4x6 .. It's 4x5.333 ..
So if you fit the width .. there will be .6667 left over.

I think we need to give you lessons on cropping to fit.
the third attachment .. I've cropped the width so that it fits a 4x6
Does this make sense yet ??

I've returned a resized (printable) photo via email
