i am having a problem opening hp photo and image gallery. after i scab my photo it tries to send to image gallery but then a error message appears and states that it can not find file and to make sure that the address is correct. i have done some many troublshoots from hp that i now turn to you guys!!! alot of things that hp tells me to do i don'n find or it doesn't work ex, find the bin folder and click on a certain file i did and nothing happened. please help!

Send it to a different folder and open it with Windows picture and fax viewer.
