[Deaf_Raiders]

I get this everytime I start Adobe Encore CS4. I have looked around and most of them say its a Malware i ran an check and it never displayed any virus or spyware or malware. (I have AVG and Malwarebytes).

From the System Event Viewer:

Application popup: Windows - No Disk : Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c

Any ideas how to solved this?
I've tried reinstall it. I never happened until yesterday then tried a restore that never fixed it.

Did this ever work properly?

If so what might you have done to make it malfunction?

Does it work if you "try again" ?

It did work before that error came up I imported a PSD template to it and it stopped working. Even when I try to open it up with nothing it doesn't work when i click on 'try again' error just keeps appearing.

Just guessing as you can probably tell. I have no experience with the program, but you might ask for this to be moved to a better forum like, software or multimedia. Not a great place for that question in Digital Photography.
