Not enough memory error photoshop
Hello, I am dealing with an issue in PhotoShop and FrontPage when a user tries to open files she is getting a not enough memory the file cannot be opened. The user is on a Dell precision workstation with a dual core intel and 4 GB of RAM. I have checked task manager and perfmon.exe and resources are well under baseline and next to none of the paging file is being used. Any help with this would be great. I am not all that familiar with either of the programs. Thanks,

Have you set up the scratch disk using a drive that doesn't house the application. You can do so under Preferences/Performance/Scratch Disk/ and make sure your extra drive is checked as the first scratch disk. Also make sure you have enough RAM selected under Memory Usage.

Sorry for the delay but the user never got back to me so I was not able to test the solution. If she ever gets back to me I will post the result.
