You have to be in PAS or M modes to set ISO. If it isn’t in the menu in those modes it is probably accessed from one of the 4-way buttons when not in menu mode.

Thanks for helping........I'm in ISO 80. I have tried the P, S, A, & M setting on the camera none will let me change the ISO with the
arrow buttons. The camera is great, but in early morning or in the evening the pictures are dark. The only setting that works just a little better with low light is the Distant setting in SCN. I have read the
manuel and it mentions the drifferent setting 100 - etc., but doesn't tell
or show you how.
Thanks again.

That is a poor manual. I looked at it answering the first post. As I remember, it said you could select 80, 100, 200, 400 and 800 in PAS or M with 800 only being available in 2Mp. I did a whole word search for “ISO” and nowhere does it tell you how or does ISO appear in a menu. Since most cameras I have used have a fast access to ISO through an arrow button I had hoped it was true of yours.
You would probably find an answer at this link if none of the people here have the camera:

You might also ask about an auto-ISO mode that will change the ISO as needed - most cameras have that.

Thanks at less I'm not to stupid
I worked with the camera today.
If I put it in "P" mode AUTO, if I don't Zoom then it's ISO 80, If I Zoom
it only goes to 125, A,S, and M all stay at 80 zoom or no zoom.
I really appreciate your help.
