I bought a Sony IP55 camcorder a few months back,and it came with video capture,and editing software.Everything has been working great until two days ago when I went to upload video I had filmed the night before,at that time I was able to capture it,but when I went to edit it,it said error report popped up saying,when error occurred the operation system version,and computer hardware in use,your internet protocol which could be used to identify your license and ip of your computer.So yesterday I called a friend who said for me to do a system point restore where I could restore the system to how it was before this problem occurred,that just made it worst,now when I even try to open movie shaker it does the error report before it opens.I tried to uninstall movie shaker,and reinstall it with the disk I have but its still doing the same thing.I tried other micro mv video capture programs but they were not compatible with my camcorder,windows movie make does not detect my camcorder so I need to fix the movie shaker program somehow,and I'm hoping someone can help me,and tell me how to fix it.You can send reply here cause I will check back soon thank you if you help me fix this I'll make a donation.
