Samsung NV100HD

My Samsung NV100HD camera isn't connecting to my computer. When I hook the ISB cable up, a litte yello box at the bottom of the screen pops up and says that The ISB dexice cannot be recognized. I have tried everything I could think of, and nothing has worked. Help please? Thanks!
