Solved: Plugin.dll errors popping up on Photoshop Elements 3.0 startup
I've constantly had this issue with Photoshop Elements 3 on my laptop. Every time I start up the program, when its scanning for plugins, a whole slew of Plugin.dll errors shows up stating that the program cannot locate those plugins in the plugin.dll file. These errors actually effect all of my filters, such as the render filters and many other filters in the filters menu making them unusable. Not only does this limit my use of the program, but having to click through all those error messages during startup gets tiresome. What is even more odd is that I have had this issue with Photoshop CS3 and seeing that i'm getting Master Collection soon I have no idea what won't work. Any help would be great.

As a side note, I've tried everything: repairing the OS, reinstalling Photoshop Elements (and doing that weird preferences reset thing), copying the plugin.dll and the msvcrt10.dll into the system 32 folder, using windows installer cleanup to try a fresh install (that didn't do a thing). I cannot seem to resolve the problem.
