EULA pop up for Microsoft Picture it 9
I installed Microsoft Picture it 9 on my laptop 2 months ago, and now all of a sudden I keep getting this pop up stating I didn't sign an End User License Agreement and need to reinstall my program. I have done this now about 4 times and everytime, I don't get a prompt to sign any agreement. It won't let me access the program at all. All my other microsoft programs work just fine. I have a Dell Inspiron 1520 with Windows XP
