Corel VideoStudio X2 message error
RE: Corel VideoStudio X2 will not load

Corel tech support is not really helping me resolve this issue so i am hoping a kind soul on TG.O might lend their mind to a solution.

Receiving the following error message:
"There are not enough colors in the video display unit to play the video."

This application worked fine yesterday....and now, today, it will not open.
Do not recall altering the system in any way.
Did load some HD video and a couple of Canon DV apps.
Tried different screen resolutions but no difference.

Is there a way to increase the # of colors in the display unit?
Currently, the VDU is set to highest resolution (32 bit).

Please advise.

NOTE: I am not technically oriented. Kindly explain solution in simple terms.

Thank you for your expertise in this matter.
