Kingwave - dual mode camera driver

Hey
i have the KW3730 Dual Mode Network Camera driver.
its a Kingwave camera.
i got it from a friend...its realy new...
but when i connect it to my pc nothing happend...
i didnt have a CD driver and i tried to serch for driver for some time...
i didnt found one...
i just need the drivers for the internet webcam...for MSN.
plz spmeone can hwlp me here?
