VideoStudio 12(X2) does not start

I have installed the trail version of Corel's VideoStudio 12(X2) on my system and when I go to start the progrgam I receive the Try and Buy
screen saying I have X number of days left. I click on 'Try' and nothing happens. No additional screens or the Application!!

I have worked with Corel Support to no avail so I am asking the community here if this has happened to you. Thanks. Please help!
