Also, in Windows: Start, Programs, Accessories, System Tools, System Infomation. Expand the Components section, and click Display.

moper | | Senior Member with 1,211 posts. | | Join Date: Feb 2004 Location: Stockertown, PA | | I may not be around later, so I will add this. I believe your computer to be new enough to support some version of OpenGL. There are different versions, but by default, Photoshop may not use it.
With Photoshop open, click Edit, Preferences, Performance. In the GPU pane, see if you can select 'Enable OpenGL Drawing'.
