Solved: Web Cam "Speed"
I have a web cam that I use to make Skype video calls. The image I'm sending is somewhat erratic, looking like a series of still photos rather than a smooth video. The video of the person I'm speaking with comes through as smooth, real-time video.

Is the problem on my end attributable to the camera itself (Creative), the camera software (also Creative), the computer (Dell P4 2GHz w/2Gb RAM), or the broadband connection (Optimum Cable)?
