Plasma TV Test Ok, so I have a plasma tv that I picked up at a second hand store for ten bucks just to see if I could fix it. I have narrowed the problem that it has down to what I think is the Main Logic Board. I'm wondering if anyone has any idea how to test if it is in fact working alright, or if it is broken.

Symptoms it is experiencing: alternating white and blue vertical lines about every 4-5 pixels that are 1 pixel wide, and on top of that horizontal snow that comes and goes when it feels like it. |
