scanner I bought on EBAY a UMAX Astra Scanner #3400. I run Vista Home Premium platform and should have been more investigative re; compatability before I purchased aand paid for same. The instalation disk for having my system recognize the new hardware is not compatable with Vista. I wrote Umax and they do not suoort this productwhich they discontinued long ago. BUT their answer said the product could be run by looking for updates and drivers from third parties but did not elaborate futher. Is there anyone out theiir that can help me ....somone must have an answer for this one. |
