Buying new laptop Any one have and Acer
I am looking into getting a new laptop. Well, my first one. Will use it for work, but mainly at home to log on into work and view the occasional dvd. I found a sweet deal on Newegg of an "Acer Aspire AS3102WLMi NoteBook AMD Mobile Sempron 3200+ 15.4" Wide XGA 512MB DDR2 533 60GB 5400rpm DVD±R/RW ATI Radeon Xpress 1100 Integrated"
The specs look just like what I want.
My question is any one have one or a simular one? And is this a good deal? I am looking for feedback on the Acer products.
Thanks in advance.

I can't speak much about Acer other than I would not think they are rated very highly.

I would caution trying to go on the cheap when it comes to a laptop. they are not as user friendly as a desktop obviously when it comes to repairing

I have a couple of HP laptops and are quite satisfied with them
