How-To's Needed - Install PC Fan
[B[/b]Hi Tech Guys,

You've helped my so many times, Thank Goodness for your site!!
I am need of guidance once again...

One of the fans in my computer is making a very Loud
Rattle, I just cleaned out the dust a week ago so it's not from dust and when I tap the booger is quiets down for a bit. My hubby said berrings are probably going.

I have new fan, and this is the fan on back, very easy to get to and I'm capable of doing this myself, with a few tips from the experts.

Any Takers?

Ready for Directions,
Lora in sunny California (aka bratt)

Open case, unscrew old fan, refit new fan (air should blow in the same direction as the old, e.g.outwards).

Stop and make hubby get you a nice cup of coffee..

Continue..

If the new fan does not have the same connector as the old, cut old wires and join to new, otherwise plug in and go?

If splicing, and colors are different, post back.
