Solved: Cleaning Keyboard
I am about to take all the keys up out of my key board and soak them and clean them they are just absolutely filthy.Anyhow, I was wondering what to soak them in that won't damage anything such as the "Print" on the key's. Someone suggested to me windex because it has ammonia in it but.I'm not sure so I am asking for your opinions. Thank you to who ever responds.

Look at the keys closely and see if they are "double shot" with the legends molded in, or they're just printed on. If they're printed on, I suggest dish washing liquid (NOT dish washer detergent) and hot water. If they're double shot keys, you won't be able to wash the legends off. Sad to say, most keyboards nowadays seem to be the lower quality stamped legends.
