help psu 250w
can a psu thats 250w run dvd rw/dvd rom/harddrive/motherboard

Depends. What cpu, motherboard, video and psu model? I got a Athlon64X2 3400+ with a 9800pro, two hard drives, and a DVD/RW running in a micro case with a 200W. The efficiency rating of the psu, and the brand, makes a difference.

Come to think of it, I have a via C3 w/hard drive/DVDRW gel-PC using a 75W PSU, but the whole setup is probably only pulling around 35W, and Pico psu's tend to be very very efficient.
