NYC Help, If anyone can check my computer
I have a laptop and can meet at Starbucks, pay by payal. I just can't do the HJ log thing. Anytime I try to fix my computer myself I mess up.
I don't want to go to the GS, costs too much and I'm not so sure they are the best.
Thanks.

Have you tried posting a HJT log in our Security forum. Those folks are pretty good at leading you through the repair steps.

Even reading how to do the HJT log boggles my mind. I just need someone to do the whole thing for me. Do the log and fix what needs to be fixed.

I guess you'll have to find some local help. It's a two hour drive to my place, best find someone closer.
