Guitar hero mod
I am working on taking the electronic guts from this and putting it into this. I can manage moving the other bits into the smaller case but the five colored fret buttons need to be rewired so the fret button circuit board from the kid toy controller switched places with the original guitar hero one. This is the circuit board from the guitar hero controller, and this is the one from the kids toy. I was hoping I could just cut the wires and solder them back. On the kids toy there are LEDs that go off for each fret button. I was hoping you guys could help me out and match up the letters to the numbers. On the guitar hero board number 6 goes all the way to the button to the farthest right, 5 to the second farthest right and so on. I no my explanation must be confusing so please ask questions if I left out a detail.

Number one is on the GH circuit is probably the ground and the other 5 leads correspond to each positive to complete the circuit. The kids toy has a hot + side for each of the buttons as well as each LED with a shared ground for all. Should be fairly simple, just leave the circuitry for the LED's alone in the toy and only use the ones for the buttons.
